This is the legacy we work every day to leave and, as we are nonconformists by nature, we want to be one step ahead when it comes to ESG.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, these three letters that represent care for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuinternational.com\/pt-br\/nu-impacto\/impacto-ambiental\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Environmental<\/a> (E), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuinternational.com\/pt-br\/nu-impacto\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social<\/a> (S), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuinternational.com\/pt-br\/nu-impacto\/governanca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Governance<\/a> (G) areas now have a manifesto video that illustrates our commitment to following sustainable development plans over the years and decades to come. They can be found on our website pages. Nu Impacto in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuinternational.com\/pt-br\/nu-impacto\/impacto-ambiental\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">E<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuinternational.com\/pt-br\/nu-impacto\/impacto-social\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">S<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuinternational.com\/pt-br\/nu-impacto\/governanca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the main initiatives of the last year, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.nubank.com.br\/semente-preta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Semente Preta<\/a> (<em>Black Seed<\/em>, in Portuguese), an investment fund created by Nubank to finance startups founded and\/or led by black entrepreneurs, stands out.
