El proceso burocr\u00e1tico, lento y complicado le hizo darse cuenta de que el mercado carec\u00eda de una soluci\u00f3n que realmente pudiera facilitar la vida de los brasile\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso, el objetivo de Nubank nunca ha sido <span class=\"quotes\">\u2033<\/span>s\u00f3lo<span class=\"quotes\">\u2033<\/span> ofrecer servicios financieros a trav\u00e9s de la tecnolog\u00eda, el dise\u00f1o y la ciencia de datos, sino hacer todo eso mientras ofrece a los clientes una<strong> experiencia fant\u00e1stica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pregunta principal es: \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede hacer eso? Muchas empresas hoy en d\u00eda afirman que trabajan bas\u00e1ndose en el llamado \u201cenfoque al cliente\u201d. de decisiones<\/strong>. Dentro de Nubank, lo primero que nos viene a la mente al dise\u00f1ar un nuevo producto, una nueva caracter\u00edstica de usabilidad para la aplicaci\u00f3n o incluso cambiar procesos simples es:&nbsp;<em>\u00bfc\u00f3mo se sentir\u00e1n nuestros clientes con respecto a este cambio\/actualizaci\u00f3n?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las ventajas competitivas de Nubank es que todos los que trabajan aqu\u00ed pueden cuestionar las decisiones que creen que no son buenas para el cliente. Eso sucede, y con frecuencia, porque tenemos una cultura que alienta y motiva a las personas a actuar de esa manera (<em>Pensamos y actuamos como propietarios<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos establecer un paralelo aqu\u00ed: si el objetivo de una empresa es reducir costos, todos los equipos se concentrar\u00e1n en eso.
