Areas of expertise in 2026

For this edition, we estimate opening 18 positions, focused on business and technology areas. You can develop your career in one of the following teams:

  • Product Operations (POps): Identifying problems, monitoring performance, and defining/executing processes.
  • Business Analysis (BA): An opportunity to generate strategic insights and help with decision-making.
  • Software Engineering: Solving complex technical problems, testing and validating solutions, and implementing new features.
  • Design: A space to create solutions focused on the best experience for our customers.

Requirements to participate

To be part of the Nu Colombia 2026 Internship Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Active enrollment in a higher education institution in Colombia (no restrictions on universities or courses).
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027.
  • Live in Bogotá with availability for our hybrid model (going to the office twice a week).
  • Availability to intern 40 hours per week (8 hours a day) during the period established by the university (6 months or 1 year), starting from July 6, 2026.
  • Advanced English level.
  • University approval and acceptance to carry out the internship through vinculación formativa.
  • Attention: We cannot accept Contrato de Aprendizaje for this program.

Our hiring process

The hiring process was designed for us to get to know your collaboration potential and alignment with our culture. It will consist of the following macro stages:

  • Online Assessments: After submitting the application, those who meet the initial requirements will receive an online test to be completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Group Activity: This is not a competition, but a collaborative exercise designed to simulate day-to-day life at Nu Colombia.
  • Interview with a Nu Colombia Leader: A moment for us to learn more about your background and professional interests.
  • Interview with the Recruiting Team: 100% online conversations focused on your career development and technical deep dives, when applicable.
  • Offers and Contracting: Final approval and formalization stage between students and Nu Colombia.
  • Start Date: July 6, 2026.
