Lucas is the Director of Data Science at Nubank, where he’s worked for the past four years. He currently leads multi-functional teams of Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers, focusing mainly on improving Nubank’s credit business by using data in innovative ways. He studied Computer Engineering and Operations Research.
