Mateus Queiroz Correia is responsible for Leading teams of DevFlow, CICD Core Platform and CICD Delivery teams, helping engineers to test, experiment and learn fast, through the improvement of the development feedback loop, to achieve a better lead time (merge, build and deploy), a better deployment frequency and supporting the Nubank hyper growth (being scalable and reliable).
Mateus has extensive experience working on Management of engineering teams in companies with product-centered strategy, pragmatism and learning incremental deployment, with diverse people and multidisciplinary roles. He lives at Florianópolis with his wife, loves to travel and try different experiences. .
