The process is the same for everyone, no matter which area you’re applying to (we call it the Unified Funnel). We use the same tools we use to hire people around the world — not to eliminate you, but to understand how you think and learn.

  • Online Test via CodeSignal: We don’t use this platform to filter out people who already know how to code, but as a cognitive assessment tool. We want to understand your logical reasoning and learning potential.
  • Problem-Solving Exercise: A space to observe how you collaborate and apply Nu’s values when facing real challenges.
  • Interviews with Leadership: Where your behavioral profile meets the area that’s the best fit for you.

7. Basic Requirements (What You Need to Know)

  • Age: Be between 18 and 22 years old.
  • Education: High school in progress or completed.
  • Language: Basic English.
  • Location: Residence in São Paulo or its Metropolitan Region.
  • Work Model: Availability for a hybrid model and in-person theoretical coursework.
  • Weekly Hours: 6-hour daily workday.
