This opportunity is designed to empower a new generation of talent in Engineering, Product Operations, Risk Management, Controllership, LCPP (Legal, Compliance and Public Policy), FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), Analytics Engineering, Audit, Design and Marketing.

How the process is going to work

The Nu México internship program is more than just an entry point; it’s a journey meticulously crafted to identify and nurture potential. 

From the moment you submit your application to the time offers are made, the process ensures transparency, continuous learning, and opportunities to learn more about Nu.

All hiring, payment of benefits and the internship contract are managed by the partner institution Probecarios.

1. The application process

3. Live case study in groups

For those moving forward, the live case study offers a deep dive into real-world scenarios specific to your area of interest. In collaborative group settings, participants solve challenges, showcasing their analytical abilities, teamwork, and creativity.

4. Interview with leadership

Selected candidates will engage in a one-on-one interview with Nu’s leadership. This is a unique opportunity to connect with those shaping the future of Nu México and to share your vision. Our leaders’ openness to dialogue reflects Nu’s culture of humility and continuous learning.

5. Interview with the recruitment team

The recruitment team interview focuses on understanding your alignment with Nu’s core values and the unique perspectives you bring to the table. It’s also a chance to discuss your aspirations and how this internship aligns with your career goals.

6. Offer extension

Finally, successful candidates receive their offers—a gateway to an enriching experience where learning meets impact. This marks the beginning of a transformative chapter in your professional journey.
