What is Spark like, and where is it?

Spark is located in the Vila Leopoldina neighborhood of São Paulo and spans 10,000 square meters. It’s a spacious, open environment built to comfortably accommodate large teams in interactive discussions around daily challenges. It also hosts internal and external events, trainings, offsites, and other key team moments.

The design was carefully crafted to reflect our brand identity — with plenty of purple, natural lighting, and integrated spaces without visual barriers.

Meeting rooms

In Nubank’s hybrid work model, offices play an even more important role: they’re spaces that enhance collaboration, focus, and human connection. That’s why Spark’s meeting rooms were created to support seamless teamwork.

With just a few clicks in Google Calendar, any Nubanker or resident partner can book a room to brainstorm ideas, solve problems together, or have a focused one-on-one conversation.

Phone booths

Spark has acoustic phone booths for quick, focused work sessions. No reservations needed — just step in and use them. They’re designed to help you stay productive while respecting the space and quiet around you.

Library

Located on the third floor, the library is a peaceful place dedicated to reading. It features a collection of books that are go-to references in business and technology.

Open from Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., the space is available exclusively to Nubankers, resident partners, and accompanied visitors.

Books can be checked out via QR code, and the space proudly displays the awards and recognition Nubank has earned — celebrating our shared achievements.

Game room

On the ground floor, our game room — Nubreak — was created to foster a dynamic, collaborative, and creative culture. Open daily, it features video games, ping-pong, foosball, and arcade machines — all set up to create moments of fun and connection across teams.

Central Park

At Nubank, we know that well-being is key to a healthy work environment — and that includes pets, who are part of the family. Whenever possible, they’re welcome at Spark. All you need to do is fill out a simple form and make sure their vaccinations are up to date. The building is equipped with pet stops with hygiene materials and designated bins, and pets can roam almost all areas, always accompanied.

But the care goes beyond that: there’s popcorn in the afternoon, changing rooms with showers for those who want to enjoy Parque Villa-Lobos before work, and spaces designed to make the routine more flexible and human. Because working well also means feeling good.
