Introducing Work Polanco, Nu’s office in Mexico. With over 9,700 square meters in one of Mexico City’s most iconic neighborhoods, the building is a vibrant environment for collaboration, focus, and culture—designed to support every Nubanker in doing their best work.

Whether you’re joining a team meeting, looking for a moment of deep focus, or bringing your pet along for the day, Work Polanco was made for you. Virtual platforms make work easier, but being in the office to tackle complex problems together makes all the difference.

Designed for productivity, built for people

Every floor of Work Polanco was designed to encourage connection, creativity, and flexibility—aligned with the hybrid way we work.

You’ll find collaborative open-desk areas, quiet phone booths, and fully equipped meeting rooms available to all Nubankers and resident partners via Google Calendar. These rooms include Zoom and Google Meet capabilities, digital whiteboards, and more. Just remember: reserving a meeting room doesn’t automatically guarantee a desk—so plan ahead.

For those moments that require a bit more focus, our phone booths are your go-to spot. Soundproofed and comfortable, they don’t require a reservation and are perfect for short meetings or deep work sessions.

A place to recharge and reconnect

Work is just one part of what happens at Work Polanco.

Up on the 10th floor, our library offers a peaceful retreat. Stocked with a curated collection of books, the space is open to all Nubankers and resident partners—and even guests, when accompanied. Books can be borrowed easily by scanning a QR code. Need to disconnect? This is the perfect spot.

Right next door, the game room brings a more playful vibe. Ping-pong, foosball, video games, arcades—you name it. This is the ideal place to take a breather or challenge a teammate to a friendly match.

Pets are welcome too

At Nu, we believe that your best work happens when you can bring your whole self to work—and sometimes that includes your pet.

Dogs and cats are welcome at Work Polanco. To bring your pet, all you need to do is complete a quick registration form, including vaccination records and emergency contacts. Once approved, your furry friend gets a custom badge (yes, it’s as cute as it sounds).

Pets can hang out in most areas of the building—including carpeted zones, meeting rooms, the lobby, and collaborative areas.

For everyone’s comfort, any behavior issues will be addressed directly with the pet’s owner, and repeated incidents may limit office access.
