What does the Research team do at Nubank?
At Nubank, researchers play a vital role in understanding the needs, behaviors, and motivations of customers who use Nu’s products and services. They are crucial in developing solutions that truly meet the public’s demands and improve the customer experience.
The Research team is expected to understand what the company needs to achieve and to focus on the right questions, hypotheses, and problems. Additionally, they need to analyze data with a customer-focused and company objectives approach, use communication skills to deliver research results clearly, and help colleagues in decision-making. After all, choices must reflect data logic and human needs.
